UNCHARTED MOVIE CAST AND TRAILER: NOT ONLY A FILM FOR GAMERS!
If we recently talked about the best movies of 2021, today we want to talk about the new Uncharted movie cast and trailer! And the truth is that it’s spectacular, since it’s an ode to the video game saga on which the production is based. Also, in the trailer we can see Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and Victor “Sully” Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg) in action!
What is the release date of Uncharted?
Uncharted has had a great journey to appear on the big screen. The film went through different writers and directors and was planned to be released in 2016. Due to a change in director, from Shawn Levy to Ruben Fleischer, the film couldn’t be released at the expected time.
To cut to the chase, Uncharted is going to be released on February 18, 2022! Although if you are from the United Kingdom you are in luck, because it will premiere on February 11!
Is there a trailer for Uncharted?
The first official trailer was released on October 21, 2021: a film full of adventures, with many risks and treasure hunts.
That same day, Sony Pictures also presented the film behind the scenes talking about stars Mark Wahlberg and Tom Holland, and some beautiful places that will be seen in the film!
Who is in the cast of Uncharted?
As we’ve commented, this film won’t miss the great star Tom Holland, the protagonist of the latest Spiderman movies. We also find the great Wahlberg, known from the movie The Other Guys or Boogie Nights.
The cast of the Uncharted Movie is complete with Tati Gabrielle, Antonio Banderas, and Sophia Ali.

Obviously, and if you are a fan of video games you’ll already know it, this movie is based on a video game series, developed by Naughty Dog, about a treasure hunter and his death-defying action adventures.
The first video game was Uncharted, Drake’s Fortune from 2007, a story that explained Nathan Drake’s adventure in search of a treasure called Dorado.
The great success of the first led to the creation of 3 more: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves in 2009, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception in 2011, and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End in 2016.

What is the plot of Uncharted?
The story will focus on Nate and how he became a treasure hunter. Therefore, the film will show Nate’s first steps before the events of the first game, as a prequel to the games.
It will also show the development of the relationship between Nate and Sully, who will search for a treasure with many difficulties and puzzles. In addition, Nate will also search for the clues to find his older brother Sam Drake, who disappeared after searching for Ferdinand Magellan’s treasure.
