Smoking Paper Unleashes the Power of Creativity

Under the motto “100 Years Sharing”, Smoking Paper actively engages in various activities and events, with a standout contest tailored for emerging creators. Through a dedicated platform, budding artists can showcase their most groundbreaking works, gaining exposure among users and vying for prizes that celebrate the pinnacle of creativity.

This project assists in identifying and assisting talented individuals at an early stage. It provides them with the necessary resources to enhance their creativity and motivation and helps them achieve their goals.

This isn’t Smoking Paper’s first foray into fostering emerging talent. A notable success involves the recent collaboration with Lo-Fi Cráneo (Sloth Brite), an influential figure in the international music scene. The brand brought together 193 artists worldwide, their creations melding seamlessly in a unique musical session curated by Cráneo.

Smoking Paper’s collaborative efforts extend to content creators on platforms like Twitch, such as the partnership with “Smoking in the Park” featuring David Sainz (Sainzdeces). Likewise, it championed the “La Liada de la Semana by Smoking” initiative on the “Yo, Interneto” program, delving into recent viral events and anecdotes.

Smoking Paper Creativity Contest

Are you a creative individual? Do you sometimes feel the need to unleash that inspiration from within? Well, now is the perfect moment to let your creativity flow! Smoking Paper invites you to a year-long celebration of true creativity through a competition starting in January 2024 and running throughout the year.

Participating is incredibly simple. All you need to do is share your creativity on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), or TikTok using the hashtag #Smoking100years.

Each month, a jury will select up to 12 winners, who will have the chance to win licenses for Domestika courses and annual licenses for Crehana. This will enable them to enhance their skills and boost their careers as creative individuals.

Of course, there are no limits to your creativity in the #Smoking100years contest. All creations, including design, music, art, digital content, literary works, social initiatives, and advertising ideas, are welcome!

Smoking Paper’s Pledge to Environmental Stewardship

The centenary celebration is not only about reminiscing but also about reinforcing the brand’s commitment to sustainability. A notable ongoing initiative is “Roll with Green”, in collaboration with Trees for the Future under the global #GivingTuesday movement.

Over 165,000 trees have been planted, with the 2024 goal set at 200,100 trees. This target symbolizes the centenary and the brand’s unwavering commitment to reforestation.

Participation is very easy—users only need to use the hashtag #rollwithgreen on social media. Each use contributes to planting a tree, enabling users to contribute to this impactful reforestation effort actively.

Smoking Paper’s dedication to sustainability extends to the creation of its products and its overall operations, evident in achieving an “A” rating in CDP Water Security, “A-” in CDP Forest, and a “B” rating for CDP Climate Change.

These ratings underscore the brand’s leadership and dedication to the environment, with aspirations to secure a triple-A rating in all three CDP categories shortly.
