Besides, thanks to machine learning, the HDR system not only recognizes faces but also scenes and is capable of retouching sharpness, color, and white balance whenever necessary.
Other improvements that have been introduced in this new iPhone 12 model is Night mode, which also works with the wide-angle and the ultra-wide-angle. And while this is a huge improvement, Apple has also improved the fact that users can take great photos even in the darkest environment. Now, you can not only take photos in Night mode but also videos with a 27% higher resolution in low light.
Specifically, Night mode detects when there is low ambient lighting and is activated automatically. In this way, it maintains clarity and displays rich, bright colors despite low ambient light. Also, they have improved this mode so that when users want to photograph a cloudy sky or moonlight, they can get great results thanks to the sharpness of their photos.
Finally, and concerning Night mode, the Deep Fusion also stands out, which works in low-light environments. In this way, what it does is analyze the different light exposures to compose the most detailed photo possible.
Besides, they have created the first camera to record Dolby Vision, a technology that was only available for large budget movies or series. Now, with the new camera, you can record, edit, and play videos in Dolby Vision on your iPhone. Specifically, you can record a video in 4K HDR with Dolby Vision, thus having a cinematic experience from start to finish and it is only available on this mobile. This improvement was possible thanks to the A14 Bionic chip, the fastest in a smartphone.
