And without the need to get off the couch!

Federal Vs. State

As mentioned above, the laws regarding the use, possession, and sale of marijuana are quite complicated. One of the first and most important aspects of pot legality is the difference between the federal and state level.

These two levels must work together to establish a balanced and free nation. Because of this, state laws may differ from federal laws. Most of the time, these differences have their limits. For example, state laws may apply stricter rules than federal laws, to a certain extent.

Shopping at a dispensary is often quick and easy, especially if it’s done at the right time. Consumers can browse products online, and some brands have innovated cannabis-infused beverages.

In regions where cannabis use is normalized and accepted by society, there tends to be a higher volume of regular users. In these cases, home delivery of weed is the easiest and most convenient way to get it.

Price

You might think that if there is a dispensary open near you, it will have more affordable prices for the consumer than a marijuana delivery service. Well, in regions with a large enough consumer base, weed delivery services can match dispensary prices and both production volume and quality.

In short, the legality of marijuana and cannabis is truly a maze. It isn’t an easy maze to navigate. Understanding what you can buy is essential to enjoying cannabis without worrying about breaking any rules.
